Buyer is required to submit an Return Authorization (RA) for all types of returns.
Regular RA’s must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. The Buyer will be assigned an
RA number, as well as the proper warehouse location to return the merchandise. Please note, the
return warehouse can vary, depending on logistical factors. Once Buyer has been assigned an
RA number, Buyer must return the merchandise to the assigned warehouse within 30 days. RA’s
automatically expire after 30 days. Any merchandise received after the 30 day period may be refused.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If Buyer receives incorrect products, they must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
They cannot be opened, used or modified in any way. The item(s) must be in resalable condition.
If there are any parts shortages upon delivery, Buyer must notify customer service in writing within
72 hours of receiving Buyer’s order.
All returns that arrive without an RA number will be refused.
For Retail Customers Only: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
EJ Classics reserves the right to modify or cancel this agreement at any time.
